BAHO SAMAROON AND GUDMA BIYAAS ERIGAVO TOMB OF GADABURSI ANCESTOR
Baha Samaron is composed of Baha which means amalgamated groups, and Samaron which corresponds to the clan name of the Gadabursi people in the north-west. Although the etymology of the word Gadabursi is uncertain, Samaron is the name of the ancestor of the Gadabursi clan whose tomb is located at Gudma Biyaas in Erigavo. Thus, the Baha Samaron alliance is constituted of lineages descended from the major Gadabursi sub-clans. They are:

Baho Samaroon are the Gadabuursi Mandaluug Dir group in the Southern extreme of Samaroon Dir bordering around the town of Gibiley home of the Jibril Aboker (Habar Awal) Isaaq Maxamed (Axmed) Xiniftire Maahe Dir.
Samaron is the name of the ancestor of the Gadabursi clan whose tomb is located at Gudma Biyaas in Erigavo. I.M Lewis notes Dir groups in Erigavo vacinity to Cal Madow Las Qorey area.
These Dir groups include the Suure Cabaas Musse a Mahe Dir Group. The Miisaanle (Minsule) writes I.M Lewis and the Magaadle Maahe Dir who the Isaaq Maxamed Xiniftire Mahe Dir majority claim as maternal ancestor thus hence the name Habar Magaadle which include all Isaaq except for Habar Jeclo(toljecle) who are Habar Xabuush. I.M Lewis also mentions a group of Madoobe Dir (Isaas) amoung the Habar Yonis of Erigavo and later states the Madoobe Dir are of Eleye Issas of Djabouti and Ethiopia-Zaila regions.
